Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain.
Minimum 5–8 years’ relevant experience in e-commerce or high-volume retail.
Strong finance/operations understanding with budgeting and forecasting skills.
Experience with inventory, supplier management and financial controls.

Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize end-to-end e-commerce operations and financial performance.
Monitor revenue, gross margin, costs and working capital.
Analyze profitability by product, category and supplier.
Collaborate with Buying, Warehouse, IT and Finance to improve processes.
