Job summary

Core Group ZA is seeking a senior leader to head eCommerce Operations for istore.co.za and istorepre-owned.co.za. You will own the end‑to‑end order lifecycle, including fulfilment across DC, DFS, and BOPIS, as well as returns and payment operations.

The role requires strategic leadership and hands‑on execution, building a high‑performing team to deliver on SLAs and cost efficiency in a fast‑growing omnichannel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Admin.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting.
• Experience with transport management systems and payment gateways."
• Experience managing e‑commerce fulfilment across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Own SLA performance across DC, DFS, Click & Collect, and express delivery.
• Lead and develop the operations team and define the operating model for fulfilment.
• Manage courier and logistics partner relationships, negotiations and SLAs.
• Oversee DFS/Click-and-Collect readiness and store integration.
• Own returns, reverse logistics, and reconciliation reporting.
• Oversee payments, including virtual and subscription transactions, and fraud risk.
