Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar duty management or operational role within luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-groomed and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally and with genuine care.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through attention to detail and service excellence.
• Support the General Manager in administrative and operational duties.
• Lead and motivate the team to maintain luxury standards.
• Assist in managing stock control, scheduling, staff performance and training.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required and coordinate inter-department communication.
