Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Duty Manager/Supervisory role in a luxury 5-star hotel.
• Strong Rooms Division & F&B operational knowledge.
• Exceptional guest engagement & service recovery skills.
• Calm, professional and solutions-driven leadership under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends; own transport required.
• Experience with Opera; HubSpot & Dineplan advantageous.
