Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or management experience in a luxury hotel, boutique hotel or lodge environment.
• Strong operational hospitality experience across front office, F&B and guest services.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel.
• Maintain high standards across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage and guest services.
• Be visible within the operation and engage confidently with guests.
• Assist with managing and motivating the team across departments.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Support staff scheduling, training, performance and operational planning.
• Assist with stock control, purchasing and general cost awareness.
• Ensure company procedures, service standards and health and safety requirements are followed.
• Step into the General Manager’s responsibilities when required.
• Help create a warm, professional and well-organised working environment.
