Job description

At Forensic AI, we build intelligent, secure, and scalable solutions that help organizations unlock the full power of AI.

Our mission :

ensure operational clarity, trust, and efficiency through advanced automation and responsible AI engineering.

We're searching for a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about building secure cloud infrastructure, embedding security into every stage of the development lifecycle, and enabling high‑velocity teams through automation.

If you thrive at the intersection of development, security, and operations—and you know your way around the Azure ecosystem—this role is for you.

About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer at Forensic AI, you will strengthen our cloud architecture, secure our AI platforms, and support our development teams with modern DevOps best practices.

You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure‑based CI/CD pipelines, automated security controls, monitoring systems, and infrastructure‑as‑code frameworks.

You’ll ensure every service we build is secure, reliable, and designed for scale—empowering our teams to ship with confidence.

What You'll Do
  • Design, deploy, and maintain secure Azure cloud environments using ARM / Bicep, Terraform, or Azure CLI.
  • Implement and manage Azure security services, including Azure Security Center, Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, and Azure AD.
  • Ensure infrastructure meets compliance, governance, and security best practices (e.g., Zero Trust, SOC2, NIST frameworks).
  • Build automated policies and guardrails to enforce secure configurations across all environments.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Integrate automated testing, vulnerability scanning, SAST / DAST tools, and security gates into pipelines.
  • Automate deployments, environment provisioning, and security checks using Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Support developers with tooling, templates, and secure‑by‑default pipeline configurations.
  • Implement cloud‑native monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
  • Develop alerting, dashboards, and automated remediation workflows.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and operational readiness reviews.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience across all systems.
  • Work closely with engineering, AI / ML teams, and architects to embed security from design to deployment.
  • Advocate for DevOps principles and lead internal security enablement sessions.
  • Collaborate on architectural reviews, threat modeling, and secure design patterns.
What We're Looking For
  • Passionate about security, automation, and scalable cloud architecture.
  • A proactive problem‑solver who loves improving systems, pipelines, and processes.
  • A strong communicator who collaborates well across engineering, security, and product teams.
  • Curious, authentic, and excited to build the future responsibly (#beboldr).
  • 3–5+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps roles.
  • Professional experience with Azure (Azure DevOps, Azure Security Center, ARM / Bicep, Key Vault, Azure Monitor).
  • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep), and automated security tooling.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, AKS, Kubernetes).
  • Experience integrating SAST / DAST, dependency scanning, secrets management, and vulnerability management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles, identity management, and network security.
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • A commitment to best practices around compliance, governance, and secure SDLC.
Why You'll Love Working at Forensic AI
  • Work with cutting‑edge AI and cloud security technologies.
  • Help build secure foundations for AI systems powering the next generation of intelligent operations.
  • Join a highly collaborative team that values curiosity, creativity, and impact.
  • Enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and opportunities for rapid growth.
  • Be part of a company where security is core—not an afterthought.
