Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 8 years of mechanical design experience in heavy industry.
• Expertise in CAD/CAE software (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks).
• Experience designing large-scale mechanical systems or structures.
• Strong understanding of materials and fabrication for heavy industry.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems for heavy industry.
• Use 3D modeling and simulation software to analyze performance.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Collaborate remotely with PMs, manufacturing specialists, and clients.
• Conduct design reviews, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
