Placements24 is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for a fully remote, remote-first position. You will lead conceptualization, design, and development of advanced mechanical systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance products from a home office.

The role requires a minimum of five years in mechanical design, strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA) and FEA/CFD experience, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while communicating

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional mechanical design experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and FEA/CFD tools.
• Remote work experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize, design, and develop complex mechanical systems.
• Perform stress, thermal, and dynamic simulations.
• Create drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
