Qualifications

10+ years of progressive mechanical design experience with complex projects.
Expertise in CAD/CAE tools and simulation techniques (SolidWorks, Creo, ANSYS).
Experience leading remote teams and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead conceptualization, design, and development of complex mechanical systems using 3D CAD.
Perform stress, thermal, and vibration simulations to verify designs.
Create drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions for distributed teams.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers remotely.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting to achieve goals.
Stay updated with new technologies to drive design innovation.
