The role requires a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, 8+ years in machinery design, and expertise in CAD tools like Inventor and SolidWorks, plus FEA/CFD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in design of industrial machinery or heavy equipment.
• Experience leading complex design projects and remote teams.
• Proficiency in CAD (Inventor, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of industrial machinery from concept to detailed engineering.
• Perform complex engineering calculations and simulations (FEA, CFD) to validate designs.
• Create comprehensive design documentation, drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers, manufacturing teams, and clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support.
• Troubleshoot design issues for manufacturing and field service teams.
