Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with enterprise clients across South Africa. You will be the primary contact, understand client goals, and drive value through our solutions in a strategic, remote-first role.

Expect to manage large accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and lead business reviews. A strong track record in enterprise sales, superb communication, and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales with enterprise clients.
• Proven success retaining and growing significant client accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer success principles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' business goals to align our solutions effectively.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
• Negotiate contract renewals and expansions to maximize account value.
