Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in catering management or related hospitality role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience with menu planning, food & beverage knowledge, and costing.
• Proficiency with event management software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate catering operations, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Liaise directly with corporate clients to understand their event needs, providing expert advice and tailored catering solutions.
• Develop detailed event proposals, quotes, and BEOs (Banquet Event Orders).
• Coordinate with the culinary team, event staff, and suppliers to ensure timely and flawless event execution.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, staffing, equipment, and transportation.
• Conduct site inspections and pre-event planning meetings with clients and venue staff.
• Monitor event execution on-site, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and track profitability for assigned events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
