Qualifications

• A diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Chef or Senior Cook in a high-volume catering environment with at least 3 years.
• Strong understanding of corporate catering requirements and trends.
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu planning.
• Proficiency in kitchen management, including inventory control and cost reduction.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
