Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end catering services for corporate clients, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Develop and present customized menu proposals tailored to client requirements and budgets.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including staffing, equipment, setup, and teardown, ensuring timely execution.
• Liaise effectively with clients, chefs, and service staff to guarantee a seamless and high-quality experience.
• Oversee on-site operations during events, ensuring adherence to service standards and client expectations.
• Manage inventory and supplies for corporate events, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.
