Qualifications

• Proven experience in catering sales or event coordination for corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of corporate event requirements and etiquette.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and events simultaneously.
• Familiarity with dietary restrictions and food safety standards.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events in Vereeniging.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute catering orders for corporate clients with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Consult with clients to understand event needs, preferences and dietary requirements.
• Develop customized menu proposals considering budget and brand image.
• Coordinate with culinary team to meet quality and quantity specifications.
