Qualifications

• 5+ years of catering management, event planning, or hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and service standards.
• Excellent customer service and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in food service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience in hybrid/flexible roles is advantageous.
• Willing to work flexible hours for events.
• Driver's license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of corporate catering events, from initial client consultation to final service delivery.
• Supervise and train catering staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Plan menus, manage food and beverage inventory, and control costs to ensure profitability.
• Ensure all catering operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Create detailed event proposals and manage budgets for corporate catering services.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and maintaining client retention.
• Implement and refine operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
