Placements24 is seeking a Corporate Catering Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen in Centurion, Gauteng. You will plan menus, manage food prep, supervise staff, control costs, and ensure HACCP-compliant operations for corporate clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• 3+ years as a Chef or Senior Cook in high-volume catering/restaurant.
• Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute menus for corporate lunches, meetings and events.
• Manage daily kitchen operations including procurement and prep.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and sanitation.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff and foster teamwork.
• Control costs and manage inventory to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with sales for client proposals and events.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Conduct quality checks on ingredients and dishes.
