Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in corporate banking, relationship management, or business development.
• Proven track record of growing a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, credit analysis, and banking products.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships at senior levels.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and risk management principles.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
• Familiarity with the Gauteng business landscape is highly desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within Vereeniging and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
• Deeply understand client needs and provide strategic financial advice and solutions.
• Originate and structure complex financial products, including term loans, working capital finance, and trade finance.
• Collaborate with product specialists to deliver integrated banking solutions.
• Monitor client financial performance and proactively manage credit risk.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.
• Represent the bank at industry events and client functions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions.
