Placements24 is seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Relationship Manager in Stellenbosch to manage a portfolio of corporate clients and drive growth. You will analyze client needs and deliver tailored lending, treasury and investment solutions while expanding the client base.

The role requires a strong background in corporate finance, credit assessment and strategic outreach, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster long-term partnerships. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate banking or related client-facing financial experience.
• Proven track record in business development and portfolio growth.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial analysis and credit assessment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Identify client needs and offer banking products, including lending, treasury and investments.
• Originate new business through market analysis, networking and outreach.
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to assess credit risk.
