Qualifications

• 5 years' recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm
• Experience with mortgage bond registrations and cancellations
• Independently manage files from inception to finalisation

Responsibilities

• Handle bond registrations and cancellations from inception to finalization
• Draft bond registration and cancellation documents
• Liaise with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms
• Perform general conveyancing secretarial duties
