Placements24 is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to join our fully remote team, based anywhere in South Africa. You will develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and resonate with diverse audiences across digital channels.

Responsibilities include defining content pillars, guiding creation, editing and distribution of blog posts, whitepapers, social updates, website copy and video scripts, and measuring performance to improve engagement and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 5+ years in content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful content strategies that drive measurable results.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
