Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to oversee multi-site projects in Centurion, Gauteng. You will manage planning, scheduling, budgets, and resources while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Leadership is essential to drive project success in a demanding environment. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet milestones, balance scope, and deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Construction Superintendent or senior construction manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, PM principles, and building codes.
• Proven ability to lead diverse project teams.
• Degree or professional certification in CM/engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all construction activities on site, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise and direct the work of project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and identify potential issues.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned.
