Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Construction Superintendent or senior construction manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, PM principles, and building codes.
• Proven ability to lead diverse project teams.
• Degree or professional certification in CM/engineering preferred.

Responsibilities
