Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and site management techniques.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices in the construction sector.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers, ensuring efficient workflow and resource management.
• Implement and enforce strict safety regulations and protocols on the construction site, conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and site records, documenting all significant events and decisions.
• Ensure quality control throughout the construction process, inspecting work for compliance with standards and client expectations.
