We are looking for a Senior Communications Advisor to be responsible for is responsible for leading all employee engagement and internal communications across RBM, including the culture programme. The role strengthens employee connection, understanding and participation through clear, consistent and engaging communication, while managing information touchpoints across the business. It also supports the collation of content that showcases different areas of the business and develops interactive engagements beyond traditional communication channels to build a well-informed, connected and engaged workforce.
