Rio Tinto in Richards Bay is seeking two Analysts for the Command Centre (Shift D & C) responsible for 24/7 security operations, staff supervision, and data analysis to support safety and security of people, assets, and infrastructure.
The role requires 3-5 years in a Command Centre within security, mining experience, PSIRA Grade A or B, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office, with a valid South African driver's license. Shift work in a safety-focused, inclusive environment is offered.

We are looking for 2 x Analyst Command Centre (Shift D & C) who will be responsible for all aspects of the 24/7 Security Command Centre during a shift inclusive of the management of staff and the analysing of security data. The role will ensure the monitoring of multiple security systems to aid in the safety and security of people, product, assets, and equipment. The incumbent responds and assists security personnel in reporting and managing emergency and non-emergency events.
