Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Recruiter to source and place professionals in sales, marketing, business development, and general management. The role supports remote work from anywhere, with a focus on attracting high-caliber talent for the Northern Cape region and beyond.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong client and candidate relationships, and stay ahead of market trends to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing and business development roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage workload independently.
• Experience with recruitment software and sourcing tools.
• Relevant degree or business qualification is advantageous.
