Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in recruitment, with a focus on commercial roles.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for remote engagements.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tech.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales, marketing, and BD roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients across industries in the Western Cape and nationally.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from client engagement to placement.
• Utilize sourcing tools, online boards, networking, and databases to identify top talent.
• Provide market insights and talent acquisition strategies to clients.
• Meet and exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
