Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role with successful placements.
• Ability to excel in a remote work environment with strong time management.
• Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms and digital sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for virtual interactions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake calls with clients to define role requirements and culture.
