Placements24 is seeking an Acquisition Specialist in Gauteng to identify, evaluate, and secure commercial real estate opportunities aligned with strategic growth. You will analyze markets, model returns, and negotiate terms with sellers, supporting due diligence and deal execution across Tembisa and the Gauteng region.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in real estate acquisition, strong financial modeling skills, and a proven ability to close deals. Travel within the region is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of real estate acquisition, investment, or corporate finance with commercial focus.
• Proven ability in financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a track record of closing deals.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and source commercial real estate acquisition targets through market research and broker networks.
• Conduct financial analyses, feasibility studies, and market research for potential acquisitions.
• Prepare investment memorandums and present proposals to the investment committee.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, terms, and conditions with sellers and representatives.
• Manage due diligence including inspections, environmental assessments, zoning reviews, and title work.
• Coordinate with legal, lenders, and advisors to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners.
