Qualifications

• Professional qualification as a registered valuer (e.g., SAPOA, RICS).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in property valuation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Extensive knowledge of valuation techniques for diverse property types.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex valuation concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in valuation software and MS Office Suite.
• In-depth understanding of the Gauteng property market dynamics.
