Tree Traction seeks a Senior Client Success Manager to own a book of tree service clients from onboarding to growth, working remotely from South Africa.

You will be the primary contact, ensure campaigns print on time, onboard new clients, manage enterprise relationships, and upsell to larger plans while collaborating with Marketing Strategists. US-based clients require MST hours and timely support.

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning client relationships at a marketing agency/marketing SAAS.
• Track record of growing accounts with upsell/expansion sales.
• Regular live contact with clients via calls or video meetings.
• Fluent English with strong grammar for US clients.

Aufgaben

• Be the main point of contact for your book of tree service clients by phone, text and email.
• Get every client's campaigns approved on time for weekly print deadlines.
• Own onboarding after the sale and set client expectations.
• Manage our enterprise accounts and relationships.
• Grow your book by upselling clients onto larger plans.
• Work with Marketing Strategists on targeting and creative to raise ROI.
• Flag app and dashboard issues to Systems; test dashboards and processes.
• Use Slack, ClickUp, GoHighLevel and Tree Traction app daily.
