The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 7+ years of site supervision experience, and strong leadership abilities to manage diverse teams on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of site engineering and civil construction experience.
• Experience supervising large-scale civil projects (roads, earthworks, structures).
• Strong knowledge of South African building codes and construction methods.
• Proficient with site equipment and survey tools.
• Leadership and clear communication; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil engineering aspects on site in Bloemfontein.
• Ensure activities follow project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce HSE policies on site.
• Manage site logistics: materials, equipment, and labor.
• Coordinate with the project manager, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
