Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Professional registration (e.g., Pr.Eng, PMP) is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and procurement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of civil infrastructure projects from planning to close-out.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead and motivate remote project teams across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure clear communication.
• Ensure safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
