Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Civil Engineer with strong project management to join their fully remote team. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

The role requires autonomous work, exceptional communication, and coordination with internal teams, external consultants, and regulators from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of multiple civil engineering projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
