You will lead civil infrastructure design, including roads, drainage, earthworks, and site development, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with clients and regulators.

The role requires a BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering, Pr Eng registration with ECSA, 7+ years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and HEC-RAS.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA is essential.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant civil design and project engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in infrastructure design (roads, stormwater, site development).
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit and HEC-RAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of civil infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, earthworks).
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and design reports.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, traffic analysis, and related assessments.
• Ensure designs comply with SA standards and regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Review construction plans and provide field support.
• Mentor junior civil engineers and technicians.
• Contribute to business development and client presentations.
