Key Responsibilities

• Perform hydraulic calculations, traffic analysis, and other relevant engineering assessments.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant national, provincial, and local regulations and standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Review construction plans and provide technical support during the construction phase.
• Mentor and supervise junior civil engineers and technicians, providing guidance and oversight.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA is essential.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in civil design and project engineering.
• Proven expertise in infrastructure design, including roads, stormwater management, and site development.
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and HEC-RAS.
• Strong understanding of South African engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.

• Experience working on projects in or around Rustenburg is highly desirable.
