Job summary

You will bridge business change, delivery, and stakeholder enablement across a broad portfolio in financial services, delivering end-to-end change activities, engaging stakeholders, and applying practical methodologies to drive adoption and sustained outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level change manager with experience in complex organisations.
• Experience in financial services / business banking.
• Hands-on delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end organisational change management across initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders across Business Banking; enablement via training and messaging.
• Apply change methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, 3P, lean) pragmatically.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure adoption and value realization.
