Job summary

IQbusiness South Africa is seeking an experienced senior change manager to lead complex organisational change initiatives across the organisation, aligning with strategic transformation priorities and stakeholder expectations.

You will operate at the intersection of business change, organisational development and leadership enablement, driving adoption, capability building and measurable outcomes, with international travel of 2–4 weeks per assignment.

Qualifications

7–10 years’ experience in Change Management and Organisational Development.
Proven track record managing large-scale change initiatives.
Experience leading complex organisational transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder engagement, including influencing senior leadership.
Experience delivering change communications, training, coaching and adoption strategies.
Ability and willingness to travel internationally for 2–4 weeks per trip.
French-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies for major initiatives.
Conduct impact analyses, change readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement planning.
Integrate change activities into programme and project plans to support delivery and adoption.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust as needed.
Support transformation initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
Design and deliver workshops, training sessions and coaching interventions.
