Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years Change Management experience required.
• 2-3 years Change Management on Bus Transformation Projects.
• PROSCI or similar certification preferred.

• Conduct organizational and stakeholder analysis for Bus Transformation projects.
• Collaborate with PMs/BAs to understand the business impact of the change.
• Implement communication plans and manage stakeholders and their expectations.
• Ensure training is delivered and assess business readiness for change.
