• Formal process engineering or industrial engineering education is preferred.
• Proven ability to model and redesign processes with measurable outcomes.
• Experience delivering end-to-end process improvements in financial services.

Aufgaben

• Drive end-to-end process engineering across value chains and map as-is/to-be states.
• Produce high-quality process models using BPMN and recognised notations.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit knowledge and validate models.
• Analyse workflow performance and identify bottlenecks and non-value activities.
• Apply Lean/value stream thinking to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Design future-state processes with KPIs, governance, and regulatory alignment.
• Translate designs into SOPs, RACI, and automation-ready handovers.
• Collaborate with tech/delivery teams to align processes with systems.
