Formal process engineering or industrial engineering education is preferred.
Proven ability to model and redesign processes with measurable outcomes.
Experience delivering end-to-end process improvements in financial services.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end process engineering across value chains and map as-is/to-be states.
Produce high-quality process models using BPMN and recognised notations.
Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit knowledge and validate models.
Analyse workflow performance and identify bottlenecks and non-value activities.
Apply Lean/value stream thinking to improve throughput and reduce waste.
Design future-state processes with KPIs, governance, and regulatory alignment.
Translate designs into SOPs, RACI, and automation-ready handovers.
Collaborate with tech/delivery teams to align processes with systems.
