Job summary

IQbusiness South Africa is seeking a senior change manager to lead and manage complex organisational change initiatives across the organisation, aligning with strategic goals and business transformation priorities.

You will work at the intersection of business change, organisational development, leadership enablement and stakeholder engagement, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives to drive adoption, effectiveness and sustained outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years' experience in Change Management and Organisational Development.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale change initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex organisational transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies for major organisational initiatives.
• Conduct detailed impact analyses, change readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement planning.
• Integrate change management activities into programme and project plans to support effective delivery and adoption.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Support transformation initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
• Design and execute communication strategies to ensure clear messaging throughout the organisation.
• Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to build alignment and readiness for change.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and coaching interventions.
