Placements24 seeks a dynamic Management Consultant to lead Business Transformation initiatives for clients in Soweto and the Gauteng region. You will guide organizations through change, redesign processes, and implement new systems to meet evolving market demands.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to deliver sustainable improvements and help clients navigate complex transitions within the Gauteng region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in management consulting focusing on business transformation or change management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills for clients in Soweto.

Responsibilities

• Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for transformation and efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement strategies for organizational change, including process redesign and technology adoption.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate buy-in throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Design and deliver training programs to support new ways of working.
• Monitor the impact of changes and make adjustments to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
