Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to join our growing team. The role is fully remote, allowing you to manage complex client cases from your home office while guiding junior case managers and contributing to service delivery protocols.

You will liaise with external agencies, ensure accurate documentation, and help develop policies to enhance client outcomes across locations. A Master's in Social Work or related field and at least five years of experience are required,
