Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Manager to lead operations in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will oversee a team of community care workers, design care strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and resources, and foster strong relationships with clients, families and partners within the Western Cape.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in a related field, have at least five years of managerial experience in social care, be SACSSP-registered, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role within community and social care.
• Proven leadership and operational management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Cape Town social care landscape and relevant legislation.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Registered with SACSSP (or relevant professional body).
