Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• 5-7 years in Community & Social Care with at least 2 years in supervision/coordination.
• Expertise in case management, client assessment and care planning.
• Strong leadership, team management and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent report writing and data analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency with client management systems and standard office software.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of care professionals, providing guidance and supervision.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans for clients with complex needs.
