Placements24 is seeking an experienced Geriatric Care Specialist in George, Western Cape. You will assess elderly clients, create personalized care plans, and coordinate medical, social, and emotional support with families and healthcare professionals.

The role emphasizes compassionate, holistic care, strong communication, and advocacy for seniors. A hands-on approach and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team are essential.

Competenze

• A relevant qualification in Nursing, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working directly with the elderly in geriatric care.
• Knowledge of age-related health conditions and social issues affecting seniors.
• Ability to develop and implement effective care plans with multidisciplinary teams.
