The ideal candidate has 6+ years in business analysis within financial services or similar, strong facilitation and agile experience, and a proactive approach to stakeholder management in a remote-first setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Admin, IS, CS or equivalent).
• 6+ years as a Business Analyst with digital transformation focus.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements for complex software projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with UML, BPMN, and user story mapping.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for digital projects.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across units, product, and IT teams.
• Facilitate validation sessions and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
• Identify gaps between current and future processes and systems.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and wireframes to support definitions.
• Support test planning and assist in UAT activities.
• Manage changes to requirements throughout project lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous BA process improvements.
