Placements24 is seeking a Lead Business Transformation Consultant to join its remote team operating across South Africa. You will lead end-to-end transformation programs, design strategic roadmaps, and drive digital initiatives for clients nationwide.

This remote-first role requires a seasoned consultant with 10+ years in management consulting, strong stakeholder management, and excellent virtual communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in management consulting with a strong focus on transformation, change management, or digital strategy.
• Proven success leading and delivering large-scale transformation programs, preferably in a remote setting.
• Exceptional remote collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with process re-engineering, technology implementation, and organizational change.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote work environment.
• Excellent presentation skills, adapted for virtual delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and execution of business transformation programs for clients, remotely.
• Assess current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic roadmaps for transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to facilitate remote workshops, training sessions, and progress tracking.
• Develop business cases, project plans, and performance metrics to measure the success of transformation efforts.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members in a virtual environment.
• Stay current with digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation.
• Effectively manage client relationships and expectations throughout the transformation lifecycle.
