Placements24 seeks an experienced Lead Business Analyst for a fully remote role in South Africa, bridging business needs and technology to define requirements and drive the delivery of fintech products. You will lead a team of analysts, coordinate with product managers and developers, and mentor juniors while advancing agile practices and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7+ years of experience in business analysis, with 2+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
Proven fintech/financial services experience.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools.
Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management.

Responsabilités

Lead the business analysis function for major projects from initiation to implementation.
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Facilitate communication between business units, IT, and vendors.
Oversee testing and QA to ensure requirements are met.
Mentor junior business analysts and promote best practices.
